At BTC, we focus on helping you learn every move the correct way and ensure that you have lots of fun in each session. You’ll pick up a number of MMA moves, hone your self-defence skills and learn the many nuances of striking, arm locks, leg locks and grappling.

BTC also offers classes in Taekwondo (for adults and children), Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and even self-defence classes exclusively for women. Besides state of the art facilities to enable learning in a safe and comfortable environment; BTC also has plenty of equipment for every student to use during a class. We take great pride in our team of dedicated and friendly personal trainers who love imparting their knowledge to students and who also go to great lengths to ensure that each student makes uniform progress. Confused about whether an MMA class or a Taekwondo class is better for you? To help new students get a taste of what a real martial arts class is like; BTC has an Introductory Program where a personal trainer will give you a private martial arts session. All students have the choice of joining a group session or attending one to one classes with an instructor.
