Martial Arts Training
- Exercise and StretchingMartial arts training as a form of exercise, requires a certain degree of flexibility to be able to enjoy it, and get the most out of your training. With so much to learn and do, often there is not enough time for a full stretch out. Stretch out the stress classes will be of great added benefit, not only to your martial arts training in terms of flexibility and exercise, but also for achieving balance and alignment within the body. All members of the martial arts community are welcome, irrespective of your style or club affiliations.
If your inability to relax into martial arts hampers your training, enjoyment and potential then this is the extra class for you, learn an exercise and stretch routine to relax the body and release built up tension.
For those who compete in martial arts training to their maximum potential, this will be a relaxing wind down light exercise class for you that introduces you to meditation and teaches you to find focus, concentration and inner stillness.
If you are an athlete or martial artist that does not know how to stretch properly from head to toe then you are bound to attract strains and injuries and should therefore attend a few classes to at least learn a thorough routine that you will use for the rest of your life.
Get in touch with your body, release stress and unwind the mind with an easy stretch out exercise class. In just a few weeks you will notice tangible changes in your focus and flexibility with many little aches and pains gone. Testimonials
I remember when I first went in to enquiry about Pilates I was so nervous as I felt over weight and very unfit, I wasn't sure if everybody would be skinny, pretty and fit. I got to the entrance and nearly walked away but from the glass door I could see a smiling, welcoming face from one of the girls at reception. They gave me the confidence I needed to go inside, as soon as I did when I was greeted with a big welcome I knew I had came to the right place.
